Access Disability Services (ADS) provides Social Security disability representation and advocacy services for individuals who need help with their SSI, Child SSI, SSDI, Overpayments, Spousal disability benefits, and Continuing Disability Review (CDR) claims. We work with individuals with disabilities to win their disability claims and connect other resources available to them based on their needs.

We will help you compete paperwork and forms required such as function reports and work history timely and professionally so you can have the best chance of winning your case. If your case is denied, we will file timely appeals and represent you before the Social Security Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) at various hearing offices in the nation and at the Appeals Council reviews.
